Organic Cotton

Cotton is one of the most used fibers in the fashion industry. It's soft to touch, absorbent and breathable but considered one of the 'dirtiest' crops due to its hefty use of pesticides and water consumption. All our product is made in GOTS certified factories – meaning they only use 100% organic cotton. Organic cotton farming has numerous benefits for the land, local communities and ultimately our customers.
Organic cotton is grown without the use of harmful and toxic pesticides, unlike conventional cotton which relies on them. This protects local wildlife, as well as farmers or pickers who are affected by the toxicity of artificial pesticides.
Not only does the use of organic cotton use drastically less water than conventional cotton, it also reduces water pollution in local water systems that are often contaminated by harmful chemicals.
Growing organically produces 46% less CO2 emissions compared to traditional cotton.
The result – organic cotton is almost identical to conventional cotton in the way that it looks and feels! By using organic cotton, we are choosing to protect water and land from contamination and toxic chemicals, as well as protecting our farmers and wildlife.
